After further investigation, no impacts to Town of Pittsboro regulated Riparian Buffers were confirmed. Violations to the Town of Pittsboro Stormwater Ordinance were confirmed. Wetland
impacts should be verified by the US Army Corps of Engineers and are not in the Town of Pittsboro jurisdiction. Please let me know if you have any questions.
