Danny Henry (Hoffman Paving Foreman) was present and assisted with the inspection. The facility was not operating the sand dredge at the time of the inspection, and Mr. Henry stated that the location has not performed dredging at this location in several years. No dredging equipment was present. The sand dredging operation at this location appeared compliant with Permit NCG520122 at the time of the inspection, and no additional items were noted.
