Louisiana-Pacific Corporation is providing the enclosed Stormwater Discharge
Monitoring Report (DMR), as required by permit condition Section.E(2), for its OSB Mill
in Roxboro, NC. This submittal fulfills the first semi-annual reporting requirement of
2022 for General Permit No. NCG210000, Certificate of Coverage No. NCG210301, which
became effective August 27, 2018.
I hereby certify that based on the information given to me and beliefs formed after
reasonable inquiry, that the data in this report is true, accurate, and complete.
