This letter is being delivered by Orbit Energy Charlotte, LLC, located at 600 Johnson Road in Charlotte, North
Carolina. Enclosed is the completed Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) Form for North Carolina
Division of Water Resources General Permit No. NCG060000 (Food and Kindred). The facility was unable to collect
a sampling during the second quarter (Q2) due to the lack of rain, and/or lack of stormwater discharge. Orbit
Energy Charlotte LLC will continue to monitor conditions and ensure a sample is collected in each quarter as
weather conditions allow.
