Several requests have been made to the permittee and their consultant to provide a closure plan for the
permitted WWT system at the facility. The permittee has failed to provide a WWT system closure plan.
The permit is not able to be rescinded until closure activities are adequately completed.

z'll add that the permittee continues to utilize portions of the system. Notably, a
300,000 gallon storage tank and a 2,000,000 gallon lagoon with a failing liner
contain wastewater. MRO does agree that the spray irrigation components of the
system have not been used by the permittee.
