an email to try Colleen again and see that she is out of the office.
Can you help us find someone at DWR to revise this permit? The impacts are in Cape Fear 03030002, as was our
acceptance letter, but the mitigation requirement is in 03030004.

Can you please get in touch with DWR to see if the HUC requirements (03030004) is a typo? The COE required
03030002 and I map it to 03030002 as well, though it is pretty close to 03030004.
I’ll need Colleen to send a corrected 401 if they approve of 03030002 credits.
