revised drawings. I apologize for missing in my review the placement depth of the culvert. On the attached drawing see STREAM PIPE INVERTS on the button left of sheet C-2.

Thanks for your application to utilize Nationwide Permit 39 to construct the proposed West Campus Development Stage 1. The only previously approved permanent losses of waters associated
with the North Campus appear to be 34 linear feet of stream [approx. 102 sf] and 0.007 acre of wetland (SAW-2010-00983). A second project (SAW-2002-21453) approved temporary and permanent-no-loss

2. The proposed culvert would be 36 inch in diameter. However, the average stream width shown on exhibit C-2 is 2-feet (24 inches). Please confirm the up- and down-stream inverts
will match the existing stream width, or provide additional detail to address concerns for bank stability up.
