I saw the new changes regarding a pre-filing be done again before a PCN submittal. I am planning on submitting the PCN soon and since there is no current pre-filing application form,
I am providing a summary of the project below. I know DWR is still trying to figure things out, but for now I hope this information will suffice as a Pre-Filing Request.

The Corbett Landing Project is a proposed single-family residential development located at 0 Old Graham Road in Pittsboro, Chatham County, NC. The project owner is The Rexford Group
LLC (Attn: Rexford D’Aprix). This project is approximately 196 acres and consists of the construction of a single-family residential development including but not limited to; roadway
infrastructure, residential lots, SCM’s, utilities, and amenity areas. Specifically, there are three (3) road crossings that impact streams and wetlands. Existing conditions onsite consists
primarily of forested land. There is a dirt path that leads from the northeastern corner of the property to a single family home in the center of the property. General land use in the
vicinity of the project consists of forested land with some rural single family homes. Old Graham Road is located just east of the property. Milliken Road is located to the west of the
property and Highway 64 is located to the South. Please see the attached current site plan and note that it may change.
