la. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project: *
Structures have been designed to minimize impacts through use of appropriately sized footers. Footings have been placed at 14 ft on center to reduce
the number required for the boardwalk. The foot bridge, that also will handle light vehicular traffic, has been designed to span stream flow to avoid
impacts at the spillway.
