Turn on Kiser Island and go three miles on the left across from Lee Point drive. House is yellow and sitting on unfinished basement walls. Please include road names and numbers, landmarks etc. 5. Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application: * House was moved in 2013 and never finished. Lot is original plat from subdivision in 1964 when lake was built. Some rip rap was present from neighboring properties so this additional rip rap is to fill the gap and prevent further shoreline erosion. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Property Size 0.47 Acres 7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): Lot is on main channel so over the past 55+ years shoreline has eroded and caved off presenting an unpleasant looking shoreline compared to neighboring properties. 8.
