Good Afternoon Anthony,
I hope you've been having a great day. Per our meeting last week, we have made the discussed changes, and would like
to go forward with submitting the revisions as soon as possible. These changes included the following, and can be found
on the attached plans:
1. Show impacts and larger site plan locating impacts.
2. Include conversion and actual impacts as separate(for NWP threshold), and together(for total mitigation calculation).
3. Show the above items clearly and precisely.
The other items discussed were to follow the correct line through avoidance, minimization, and mitigation, and to
submit a mitigation plan.
We do still feel that avoidance is not possible, with the access and safety issues that are apparent at Colice Hall Ln.
However, we have been able to minimize our impacts by shortening the width of the road to be constructed in the
wetlands. The result of this is that we have reduced the impacts to .323ac.(with the total mitigatable impacts being
.503ac. ).
Our mitigation plan will be to buy credits through the Great Dismal Swamp Mitigation Bank. A letter of credit availability
has been attached for this purpose.
We would like to submit these revisions as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is any other information you
might need beyond the attached.

mitigation credits (HUC Code 03010205) from The Great Dismal Swamp Restoration Bank - Timberlake Farm. These
credits are currently available from our Timberlake Mitigation Bank.
The cost will be Twenty Thousand, One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($ 20,120.00). This quote will expire on June 30,
