No other records were reviewed. The facility is not classified and therefore the use of a certified operator is not required. The permittee has noted "no flow" on the discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) submitted to the Division for a number of years (> 1 permit cycle). Therefore, you may want to consider requesting "inactive" status for DMR submission if you anticipate the "no flow" conditions to persist in the future; this can be requested from the permitting group while discussing permit renewal. Please note that the Division is transitioning to the use of a web -based electronic reporting system for the submission of the monthly DMRs. You may wish to register to use the system even if you request suspension of the monthly DMR submission. Page#
