Thanks for letting me know you have it.
My message was that I did personally deliver the response both times in August and then again in October after
you replied it was not received back in August.
Again thanks for confirming you have it and please let me know if you need anything else.

See attached email from 10/5/2022.
Please note, there is a typo in the attached email. The additional information was provided on 10/3/2022, not 8/3/2022 as
indicated.

Your list shows you are waiting on information from us.
We submitted new information to you on October 3.
This was after submitting information on August 11 that you said you did not receive.
I hope you understand our concern. I personally dropped this off at your desk with Danny Smith watching and confirming.

Michael,
I was looking over the information you provided on 8/3/2022. Everything looks good except for a few small issues:
Please correct the following:
• Part E5 of the Application — Do not include the on -site surface water area in the project area calculation (as
indicated on the form). Please revise the project area value and percent BUA value.
Please provide the following:
• 2x hard copies & 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Supplement-EZ Form. NOTE: You do not need to
have these forms re -signed, we just need the updated page.
Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address:
For Fed Ex/UPS:
Jim Farkas
512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640M
Raleigh, NC 27604
For USPS:
Jim Farkas
1612 Mail Service Center
Raleigh, NC 27699-1612
Hand Delivery:
Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I (or someone else in my group)
will be able to receive the submission. Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard.
NOTE: Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office. Doing so will delay the review process and the
submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office.
Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location:
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload
Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing
these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the
permit without doing another formal review.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Michael,
I was looking over the information you provided on 7/29/2022. Everything looks good except for a few small issues:
Please correct the following:
• Part E5 of the Application —The project area is shown as 15,298 sf and appears to be much too small for this
project (the project is proposing to add 287,940 sf of BUA within the project area). NOTE: Depending on the
value of the total project area, you may need to also recalculate the project density.
• Please upload the electronic files for this project through the portal at the following address if you have not
done so already (https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload). There is a slight delay between
the files getting uploaded and me being able to view the files (they get QA/QC'd by someone on our staff before
they are available to view in our electronic repository so if you uploaded the files in the past couple of days, they
may not have been made available yet).
Please provide the following:
• 2x hard copies & 1x electronic copy of the revised page of the Supplement-EZ Form. NOTE: You do not need to
have these forms re -signed, we just need the updated page.
• 1x electronic copy of the project files (if these items have not already been uploaded).
Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address:
For Fed Ex/UPS:

Good Morning,
We received your post -construction stormwater permit Authorization to Construct (ATC) application for the above
mentioned project on 7/29/2022. Reviews under the fast track permitting process generally take 30 calendar days.
Please upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below. Be sure to choose the
Central Office as the Primary Contact office.
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that each file is uploaded under its appropriate file type. Additional file types can be
entered into the electronic form by clicking on the "Add Another Post -Construction File Upload" link directly below the
"State Stormwater Information Uploads" section of the form. Please do not upload entire plan sets through this form,
but rather upload the relevant individual sheets under the appropriate file type. Selecting the correct file type ensures
that the files are properly named in the electronic repository and it helps expedite the review process.
