Mason <tmherndon@ncdot.gov> Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Beane Mitigation Site - Additional Earthen Plug Brad, Hannah, and Stephen, During our onsite Final for the Beane Mitigation site clearing and grubbing, our site designers determined that an additional ditch plug would be needed to help retain water in area where water appeared to be running out into the T-13 ditch at the east corner of the site. The plug would require 120 sq. ft. of additional surface water impacts. Would you all be ok authorizing this as a field adjustment? Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.
