LYING AND BEING in the County of Wake, State of North Carolina, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at an old 1" open top iron pin located on the northern right of way of Tucker Street
and on the eastern right of way of Norfolk Southern Railroad and also being located 64.85 feet
west of the western right of way of North West Street; thence leaving said right of way of
Tucker Street and running with the eastern right of way of Norfolk Southern Railroad N 01-37-
34 E 160.71 feet to an old 1" open top iron pin located at the common corner of AGO
Enterprises Inc. Property, now or formerly; thence running with the common line of said AGO
Enterprises Property Inc. property S 87-45-56 E 64.85 feet to an old 1" open top iron pin bent
located on the western right of way of North West Street; thence running with said western right
of way S 01-37-34 W 160.71 feet to a point located at the intersection of the western right of way
of North West Street and the northern right of way of Tucker Street; thence running with the
northern right of way of Tucker Street N 87-45-56 W 64.85 feet to the point and place of
beginning.
