a variance for the referenced project. Per our telephone conversation on Friday, September 21, 2007,
the revised drawings show a new location for Curb Inlet No. 68 outside of the required 50-foot buffer.
Please advise us of any additional technical modifications or clarifications needed to be made to the
application or the plans prior to approval.
