Inspection Summary:
*The permit became effective 06/01/2013 and expired on 05/31/2021. An aplication for renewal was received on 02/19/2023.
*A FOG flyer is on the community News Chanel and is also mailed in utility bills once per year.
*A Capital Improvement Plan was provided. The CIP extends thru 2023.
*Ms. Ward provided a good Spill Response Action Plan that is updated periodically.
VIOLATIONS:
• A list of high -priority lines and an inspection log was not available during the inspection. High -priority lines must be
inspected every six months and a log of the inspections must be kept documenting the dates of the inspections.
• A right-of-way maintenance and inspection log was not available during the inspection.
• No gravity main cleaning records were available during the inspection. Please be aware that at least 10% of the collection
system gravity mains must be cleaned annually. The Town of Stoneville has 15.62 miles of wastewater gravity mains (82,474
linear feet). So, 10% would be 8,248 linear feet.
