This review is for the replacement of 8-inch sewer. This project includes the replacement of 10 lengths of sewer equating to approximately 1,474 FT of sewer and 5 manholes with the addition of 1 new inside drop manhole. The planned limits of disturbance are approximately 0.66 acres. The sewer upgrades are in support of the Pine Reserve Apartments, Pine Reserve has an onsite pump station that is designed to discharge 110 GPM. Flow monitoring was done on the existing sewer and the total peak flow was measured at 250 GPM. We look forward to hearing from you regarding this review.
