Shelton, The signatures that I believe you are referring to are mine. On the ownership of lot 161, we have been under contract for several months butjust recently closed. The deed should reflect Mimi and I as current owners. I think a site visit may be best to determine the practically of keeping trees in the 15' zone. Most of what is there is scrub brush. I am happy to keep any trees that are worthy of the effort. Please let me know if I can help with anything additionally. Importance: High Gentlemen, I have some questions regarding your 2 projects: Lot 177 and Lot 161. Lot 166 • 1 do not see justification for clearing 15 ft. along the shoreline. Some will be allowed but can you work around some of the trees instead of clearing the whole 15 ft.? Did Sean sign this form? Need the signature of the owner, which according to the Iredell County GIS, the owner is Edward and Judith Carter. Page 1 needs to be modified to reflect the correct owner as well. Need the owner's signature or and Agent Authorization from the owner allowing the agent to apply for the permit. • OR send me information that lists Sean and Mimi Gallagher as the owners. Lot 177 • Want to make sure this is Sean's signature, if it is from LakeVision, then need the owner's signature or and Agent Authorization from the owner allowing the agent to apply for the permit.
