(UNCLASSIFIED)
Classification: UNCLASSIFIED
Caveats: NONE
FYI Sue: the site visit at Cripple Creek Mitigation Bank went well this morning. Stream channels all look very stable, with
well vegetated banks, in- stream structures are in place and functioning, and all streams were flowing (0.5 -1" rain within
past 4 days). Wetland areas appeared to have moist soil. The 2012 stream bank stability issue was corrected, holding,
and appeared no different that stream segments up or downstream. The "nuisance" Sweet gums appeared to have
been treated with herbicide and planting of additional 3 gallon sized trees in these areas will occur in coming months.
Although vegetation monitoring wasn't part of the year 4 report, visually many of the areas with planted vegetation
appeared very short or difficult to find. Restoration Systems noted that tree growth had been an issue at this site.
We will prepare our credit release letter for attained year 4 success criteria in the coming weeks. If you have any
questions please let me know. Thanks, and have a great Thanksgiving.

I just gave away that date this morning. My other site visit is in the am, I could potentially do this in the afternoon but
I'd have to check with to see how long that other site visit is expected to take. Sorry.
Please note my new contact information
