PERMIT APPLICATION
Duke Energy Progress, LLC.
526 South Church St., Char-
lotte, N.C., has applied for
modification of its NPDES
wastewater permit
(NC0003417) for H.F. Lee En-
ergy Complex, 1 199 Black Jack
Church Road, Goldsboro, NC
27530. Wayne County. The fa-
cility discharges treated indus-
trial wastewater and stormwa-
ter to Neuse River in the Neuse
River basin. Some of the para-
meters are water quality limited.
This discharge may affect fu-
ture allocations in this portion of
the Neuse River basin. The loc-
ation of Outfall 001 is: Latitude:

78 04'09",
