These residuals were subsequently retested three additional times and results were reported as < 2 mpn/g. It is possible that improper or unsanitary sampling technique caused the exceedance. After three additional samples from the silo discharge proved to have well below permitted levels of Fecal Coliform it was felt that the residuals did meet the permit levels.
