The basin and SDO did not get overwhelmed but it is leaking somehow underneath allowing the silt to get to the river. I would estimate there is approximately 10 -15 five gallon buckets of silt that needs to be removed. As discussed we need to divert the water going to this area as this will be a continuing issue throughout the winter. Also, the work bridge needs to be cleaned and the fabric replaced every night until the work bridge is removed. I understand there is a new Foreman on the project and Mike Miller has made him aware of the requirements for the work bridge. Please let me know if you have any questions.
