This is the pre-filing meeting request for a proposed stream restoration project on Bat Fork Creek in Henderson County at
a Habitat for Humanity community located off Crest Road in East Flat Rock, NC. See attached conceptual alignment for
the stream restoration project. The project will implement natural channel design techniques to restore approximately 1600
linear feet of stream channel.
The downstream extent of the project is located at: 35.289296, -82.409996
