Because if you look your email address you entered in the ecpn, it is incorrect.

You entered [e-mail] <mailto:[e-mail]>

It will only go to the exact address you enter when you submit.

I submitted this PCN on May 19, 2022. I've never received a receipt from Water resources or a fee request. This is the 2nd time this has happened in last couple of weeks.. Please help.
