If you look carefully, you can see that the rip rap stops before the actual stream and is not located within the streambed. The proposed pipe is to tie into an existing stormwater pipe that originates at Weston Parkway. I added the same page from the impact map set with some notes that should help. Let me know if it doesn’t make sense. I know the maps on this one are a bit too busy…. We will update and clarify exhibits. 6. The application states that permanently maintained wetlands would be planted in grass. Please clarify whether wetland vegetation would persist after construction. Please note Regional Condition 10.c, located on page 35 of NWP 58. Wetland vegetation would be allowed to persist after construction in permanently maintained wetlands. 7. Please ensure contact information given is appropriate for the USACE to reach the party responsible for complying with permit conditions. Typically, this is the owner of a project or property. Adventure Development is the responsible party for the South Selma Regional Forcemain and Pump Station project. The ePCN includes their contact information in Section B.2.
