Dear Mr. Pitner,
In response to your letter concerning the Trump National Golf Club WWTF, there were one parameter violations
that need to be addressed. The following explanations are given to satisfy your inquiry.
-Total Suspended Solids daily maximum exceeded the limit for the June 29, 2022, NDMR reporting. The
monthly average limit was also exceeded. We can only reason that it must have been a contaminated sample or
lab error. It was back down to our normal <2.5 on the next month labs. We determined there were no further
action needed to correct the issue.
-TKN was missed from the lab and TCW didn't catch it. TCW has contacted lab to make sure they have
our newest permit.
