The pipe in question is a proposed stormwater pipe. If you look carefully, you can see that the rip rap stops before the actual stream and is not located within the streambed. The proposed
pipe is to tie into an existing stormwater pipe that originates at Weston Parkway. I added the same page from the impact map set with some notes that should help.

Let me know if it doesn’t make sense. I know the maps on this one are a bit too busy….

I’m not understanding what this pipe is and why is it discharging directly to the stream. Is there rip rap in the stream? I’ve attempted to highlight it in yellow and put a green arrow
to it.
