On November 6; 2014, Anthony Scarbraugh of the Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted a follow
up inspection for proposed wetland and stream impacts associated with replacement of 7 culverts at the
subject property in Havelock, Craven County. Please note, a previous inspection conducted by DWR staff
on September 2, 2014 revealed minor erosion along the culvert headwall along the stream crossings at

was completed. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certifications
