Wildlands has received payment for these buffer credits related to the Trails at Twin Lakes DWR # 20210075 v2. We were able to sell them credits from three different banks under Wildlands
Holdings V, LLC. Can you please update this section of the Approval Letter to also include the Perry Hill II Mitigation Banking Instrument and the North Fork Little River Nutrient Offset
& Buffer Bank? I’ve attached the Mitigation Transfer Certificate for reference. If you have any questions, please let me know.
