Explanation This was a quick one week project to clear trees and remove the buildings (house
and detached garage) on the site. The work was completed in August 2020. 1
apologize for this late notice. The property was sold in January 2022 and is going to
be developed in the next 30 days as a new ACE Hardware store. I'm not sure how
to fill out a Close-out Erosion Control Plan. I will advise LKC engineer of this notice.
