Dear Mr. Matthews:
We have several previously permitted secondary road projects in Division 11 that will not be
constructed this year. Permits for these, projects will no longer be valid at the time of anticipated
construction, even with the one-year grace period factored in. As a result, we are requesting that
permits for the projects listed below be reissued with new expiration dates. None of the
construction plans have changed.
