I am writing this email in response to the violations that were cast upon Barry Billups and myself during the week of July
3-6. A total of 10" of rainfall accumulated during this time and it was to wet to attempt pumping. Myself and Barry both
called our lagoons in the red to the state. Once the rain had passed and several days of dry time were given both farms
lagoons were pumped back into compliance. Barry's lagoon was pumped down by airway on the old sandpit pork farm
which he now owns. A amendment was done by Becky Spearman and was shown to Diane Harris upon yearly inspection.
My lagoon was pumped down over a period of a week to get it back into compliance. Both lagoons have since been
worked diligently. Barry's lagoon is at 38" and my lagoon is at 32". I hope this letter is satisfactory for both farms. Any
