Dear people at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality,
This letter is a response to the violation of the waste application in the field on
August 31, 2022.
1 & 2) I replaced the hydrant cover and the air vent. I sent you pictures of this
action on September 4, 2022.
3) I am going to inspect all waste system operations more frequently.
