The USACE has confirmed use of the NWP 14 for the project as requested (email attached). The proposed project impacts do not exceed thresholds listed in the corresponding WQGC 4246, and therefore written certification will not be needed. No additional approval is required from our office. Let me know if you have any questions or if I can provide additional assistance. I currently have a WBS Element of 45677.1.1 that I can charge the $240.00 review fee against if you could verify that fund code to still be the correct code. Please feel free to reach out if you need to discuss the need for written IC. I have copied Ryan Conchilla on this email as the reviewer.
