The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorisation is hereby granted for the construction
of a 10,000 GPD capacity extended aeration type wastewater treatment plant consist-
ing of a comminuter - bar screen device, a 10,000 gallon capacity aeration tank, a
1,670 gallon capacity clarifier, a 60 cfa blower, a chlorine contact tank with tab-
let chlorinator, a flow measuring device, and all associated piping, valves, and
appurtenances to serve Collettsville Elementary School.
This is a Class I Wastewater Treatment Facilit# and the person in responsible
charge must hold a valid Grade I Certificate.
This Authorisation to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III paragraph
C of NPDES Permit No. NC0050075 issued March 31, 1982, and shall be subject to re-
vocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0050075.
