Good evening. I spoke with Mr. Devane today about the above project. As you are aware Mr. Harmon
received a Request for Additional Information for Jule Noland Drive Phase II dated October 13. I would like to
request an extension for the answer to this letter. I have received approval for payment into the Ecosystem
Enhancement Program; however, Mr. Brown has requested a field meeting on Friday November 14 to further
discuss the project and the mitigation rate. Therefore, I will not be able to fully address this concern until after
the meeting on Friday. Furthermore, if the meeting on Friday influences further design changes; I would like to
be able to address these as well. Please let me know as soon as possible if an extension is granted.
