Enclosed, please find five (5) copies of the 401/404 application (PCN form). A check
for the application review fee is also enclosed.
This project is to replace and existing seawall aand install a new boathouse at a
private undeveloped residential lot on Lake Toxaway, Transylvania County, North
Carolina The seawall will be approximately 64 linear feet in length and approximately
4 -Ft high The seawall will be constructed with natural granite boulders. Lake Toxaway
is a private lake and is classified as B, Trout. A trout buffer variance, if required, will be
submitted under separate cover to the NCDENR — Division of Land Resources
