Mr. Isner,
Based on my site visit on 03/31/2022 the Corps concurs with the delineation within the red outlined
"AJD Area" and the purple outlined "PJD Area" depicted on the attached "Figure 1" exhibit. Due to
workload it may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a formal written jurisdictional determination. The
delineation may be used for planning and permitting purposes. Should the need for a Department of the

Army permit arise the JD can be issued with the permit verification. The AID for the project is SAW-2022-
00367. 1 have attached the "Wetland Sketch Map" for reference.
