SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW
Description of review activities, results, and conclusions:
HPO web reviewed 6/23/2016 and an on -site survey on 6/27/2016 confirmed that part of the
project is within the Spread Out Historic District (HW0181) which was listed on the National
Register in 2010. We need to coordinate with NC HPO, local officials and property owners in
the district to review the project and ask for their comments.
