Hi Byron,
I apologize for not getting back with you sooner...was trying to get an update from the Bank owner and have been sick
over the last couple of days. I did get a chance to review with the Bank, and it looks as though their timeline has been
stalled out. Unfortunately, we can't provide a definitive timeframe for the credit release at this time. As a result, it
looks as though NC DMS will be the route needed for procuring these credits.
I wish I could provide better news. Please call or email if you need any further information.

attached sheet. If you could please generate us (The Chemours Company, FC) an invoice for the credit reservation of
