S5 and S6) pertaining to the Nationwide Permit 39 issued for the above referenced project (SAW-2019-02059). Please

I believe that is correct. I have not been involved in all the discussions, but my understanding
was that David Bailey asked whether the trench drain would be installed at the back of the site
when you all were there. Doug confirmed that this trench drain was necessary, and the site
contractor might have installed this impact this week. The area I was referring to is impact 4 on
the maps. Does this help?

I will be in Greensboro on Friday afternoon and am planning on heading over to this site after my other
site visits. I am guessing that to be somewhere between 2-2:30 pm. I have informed the utility contacts
that I'll meet them along the stream at the roadway first but then would like to see the cleanup of the
stream along the back of the property. I don't remember seeing any response to David's question about
the underdrain systems that were part of the approved plans from the 404/401 authorizations, has that
question been resolved?
Please let me know if you would like me to meet up with anyone when I arrive on site.

Attached are two plan sheets showing the area remediated by JR Lynch for the City of Greensboro utility
project. We met with Kim Turney onsite on April 28t" and 29t" to try to develop a plan to fix the issues
that were our responsibility. The sediment in the areas highlighted on the attached sketch was removed
on April 28t" and 29t". The areas were stabilized with seeding, wattles and bio-net matting the week of
May 2nd. Generally, these areas appear to correlate with Impact S1, S2 and S3, W1, W2 and W3 on the
sketch attached to your letter dated May 13, 2022. We believe that we have remediated and stabilized
all areas that are JRL's and the City's responsibility. During our meeting with Kim, we all agreed that any
sediment loss between impact W1 and S3 (wooded area outside out limits) would be the responsibility
of the Reedy Fork Development since their work impacted this area. If I understand correctly, I believe
the Reedy Fork Development has stream mitigation work to perform in this area. I wanted to be clear
that the wooded area is not something that JRL fixed. However, we did reseed and stabilize our LOD
immediately east of the wooded area.
We will follow-up with pictures of our work either today or tomorrow. If you both decide to come back
out to do a follow-up site visit, we would like to be present during the inspection so we can immediately
begin working on fixing any issues you may have.
