Hello Brittany and Bethany, I’m emailing you in the absence of a Regional Office Contact for the Winston-Salem Office. Let me know if I should be contacting someone else we is filling in for that position in the interim. ERM is supporting Amazon in North Carolina for their stormwater compliance under NC General Stormwater Permit NCG060000. For the Quarter 3 monitoring period, there was an analyte exceedance at Sample Point-01 for Amazon RDU9 site (Permit Number NCG060421) as: Sample Point Sample Point 02 Parameter Benchmark 01 pH 6.0-9.0 5.25 6.7 Sampling and pH measurements were conducted on 30 September 2022. Per the new General Permit Requirement for Tier One Status, we need to notify NCDEQ Regional office in writing of the exceedance. We are working with our client to schedule a management inspection to identify potential sources and feasible corrective actions to resolve the issue. An inspection was conducted within 14 days on 11 October 2022. A corrective action will be filed on-Site with the SWPPP.
