Inspection Summary:
Facility's industrial activities are freight transportation and warehousing. No vehicle maintenance activities are planned to
occur at this facility. A spill kit is maintained inside the main building in case of minor leaks from products/goods that are
stored inside. There are two double -walled diesel fuel tanks located outside, which have been taken out of service and will
not be utilized. A used oil tank with secondary containment adjacent to one of the buildings is scheduled to be removed from
the site. A waste dumpster with lid is scheduled to be delivered to the site. At the time of inspection, there were no products
or materials stored outside beyond the trucks, trailers and enclosed U-Pack moving containers. Based on the observations
made during the inspection, facility qualifies for a No Exposure Certification.
