The site is located primarily in an agricultural field. The proposed access casement crosses a jurisdictional ditch. The compound area lies both in the
agricultural field and within a jurisdictional forested wetland. It is believed that this site would not require mitigation due to the established agricultural
nature, and the minimal impact to the edge of the forested wetland.
