I’ve reviewed your application requesting a NW 12 permit and DWR 401 Certification for the installation of a sewer line
for the Swan Quarter Ferry facility building. Water Quality Certification No. 3884 is issued for these activities (DWR
project # 14-1099). Written approval is not required for use of this certification. Should permanent impacts occur or if
any of the conditions in the certification cannot be met, written approval will be required. WQC 3884 can be found at
