Based on the revised plans, the project is now consistent with the terms and conditions
of NWP3 and does meet the requirement for burial. The original terms and conditions as stated

After the bridge section discussed the permitting conditions and requirements, the project
design has been revised to increase the burial on the outlet of the pipe to 12". Their
concerns with potential head-cutting on the outlet end will be monitored. If head-cutting
begins to occur on the outlet end, baffles will be installed to reduce the water velocity
inside the pipe to prevent erosion.

this project.
