Comments from ARO regarding compliance problems at the facility: This facility utilizes membrane filtration for the treatment process. The membranes frequently tear and due to COVID supply chain issues, repairs were delayed for some time. They finally repaired the membranes in November 2021 and there was a dramatic drop off in the violations. Going forward, they will probably continue to have problems with the membranes tearing and we can only hope that future repairs will be able to happen faster. The ORC recommends that the owner modify the system, as the filters are too fragile for the operational environment. Any permit MODS since last permit?
