This email is confirming our conversation for withdrawal of the 401/Buffer application submitted for this project on
8/29/22.
Due to recent changes and clearing activities discovered within the riparian buffer on-site, impact totals will need re-
calculated.
To aid resubmission once those changes have been made, I’ve attached a copy of the previous PCN application.
