Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance with this project. • resubmitted plans need to be less busy with irrelevant plan layers turned off PDG Response: Multiple layers turned off and transparency adjusted to make more legible. • need plans with narrative for proposed cast -in -place retaining wall PDG Response: The retaining walls shown are to be installed as cast -in -place or gravity - based walls with no gridding. As no gridding is to be placed, disturbance to the riparian buffer shall remain limited to only what is shown on the plan set. • need updated impact tables PDG Response: Impact tables adjusted to reflect impacts. • need culvert profiles PDG Response: Impact tables adjusted to reflect impacts. • need dissipater pads at end of culverts stating details and placement at or below grad to be considered a permanent no loss impact PDG Response: No on -site culverts are proposed. Both stream impacts 1A and 1B occur at the top of stream and no through drainage occurs at these locations. The development activities performed at these locations will effectively reposition the top of stream, and therefore no culverts, headwalls, or pump around measures are necessary. All rip rap dissipator pads shown are part of the proposed stormwater system. • will there be headwalls with culvert installation? If yes, need headwall details PDG Response: No culverts or headwalls proposed- see above response. • need pump around plan for culvert installation PDG Response: No culverts or pump around measures proposed- see above response. • need to show connection with SCM and stormwater pipes PDG Response: The site SCM, a level spreader with a vegetative filter strip, has been made visible on the plan set.
